Easy sandwiches

My first tomato harvest of the season came in, so I figured why not fire up the Brickwood and make something delicious and a bit over the top. I grilled some chicken and then some ciabatta with mozzarella went into the oven. I slathered the bread with some homegrown and homemade pesto, added the chicken and topped with some homegrown tomatoes and arugula. I got pretty close to farm to table😀.
