It has been a long time. Too long

Well it has certainly been a while since I’ve fired up the oven. I parboiled some potatoes, then finished them in a rosemary, garlic, lemon compound butter. Chicken thighs and the last of my Swiss Chard from my garden. Next time I’ll put a lid on the chard but it was a darn good meal!!
