Good evening, I’m a recent new poster and it seems like many perlite oven makers, I failed to fully grasp the structural limitations of Perlite wen forming my oven dome. Now that I have built it and am experiencing the brittleness of the perlite inside the dome, I want to ask before spending more or scrapping the whole thing.
Can I turn it upside down and motor 11/4" thick bricks forming a new dome this using the perlite as my insulator
Is this possible? Basically building it backwards to save it? Would love to hear your input and advice.
