Looks good. Ya mine got hot as well even with the foil on. I caught the foil on fire once when I lifted it off the turkey to check I guess it’s really hot at the top of the oven.

Great presentation. Were all the sides cooked in the oven as well?
Thanks. no just the stuffing. The boss did everything else in the conventional oven just in case. On the other thread I’m going to post what I learned and what I’ll do differently next year. Chief amongst them, I’m going to throw all the sides in the oven while the turkey rests. Everything took a half hour or less seems like a shame to waste that residual heat.
