I know it sounds so unconventional but we love bbq’d cabbage. Stuff the cabbage with sautéed bacon, onion, and bbq sauce and then wrap it and turn frequently. Sure, it takes a while but it is so delicious. We had some potatoes and steak to go with it.

@Demond , once again I’m hungry for BBQ at 10 in the morning! That’s a brilliant idea, nothing weird at all about it.
That flat cast-iron implement…I’ve never seen one before (except in the form of a peel). Is there a name for that? It looks very useful.
