Congratulations on your new oven and kudos for all the sweat and thought you put into it!

The river rocks on either side of your dome are a nice touch, and one I haven’t seen before. (Maybe somewhere in our photo archives there’s another, but I haven’t run across it.) That’s a nice hybrid approach, especially with the veneer on the base.

It certainly looks like you haven’t had any trouble reaching FPT (Full Pizza Temperature) judging by those amazing-looking pies.

Congrats! Great looking oven and great looking pizzas already! This is my third season of pizza making with my oven and I still love the whole process and opportunities for continuous improvement. Enjoy your pizza journey and have fun!
