You’ve moved from stucco mixes to dough mixes, and I just gotta say, yum!

Many of us have found that these first pies ease away the little frustrations and temporary roadblocks we hit during construction. And once you’re confident in your oven’s cure, you’ll be able to stoke that fire even hotter and higher.

The floor was nearly 700 degrees after a 90 minute fire
