You can email me direct at anytime The main thing you need to do with your oven
is buy a flue damper and make the opening smaller Heat and insulation are the keys to making great pizza. I essentially cut the flue off from the main oven by building a smaller entry right at the mid point of the flue if you want to see what I did send me a email dino.verrillo@gmail.com plus i added a bunch on insulation My oven runs at about 700 to 750 with out a problem
