Returns, Refunds & Exchanges

Unused items can be returned for a full refund within 30 Days from the Date of Purchase. All items must be in unused and resellable condition.

  • Refractory items (e.g. firebricks, mortar, castable refractory, etc…) are not eligible for return / refund.

  • International / Overseas Orders are not eligible for return / refund.

  • BrickWood Ovens is not responsible for return shipping costs.

  • A 25% shipping recovery fee will be deducted from your refund (this is to cover the shipping & handling costs that we incurred when shipping your order).

To proceed with a Return or Exchange -

1. To return or exchange your order, we will need for you to request an Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA). This can be done by emailing - Sales@Brickwoodovens .com

Be sure to include the following information with your return request.

  • Order Number
  • Reason for Return (or exchange)

2. Once you receive an RMA number, write the number on the outside of each box you are returning. Take the box(es) to your local Authorized UPS or FedEx Shipping Center and return your order to:

3. Refunds are credited to the same payment method that you used during checkout. You can expect to receive your refund within two weeks of shipping your items back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate two weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 10 days).
